Issue Three: art school dropouts?
2008
Those were our salad days. Days wasted away drinking red wine, making art, talking politics over lattes, talking debt over centrelink counters.

Those were the years before graduation, before the man got us down, before the 'real world' intervened and ruined our collective intention to change the world.

But what hope can we offer the fresh faced kids still working their way through The Frankfurt School, Foucault and Truffaut? What advice can we give in order to save them from the horrible fate of self doubt that washes over most young grads?

That is exactly what we hope to uncover in lovegeek Issue Three, art school dropouts?

We have searched high and low to find you advice from the people that know best, artists that may be struggling to find their art/work/life balance, but have some handy tips on how to do it your way.

From Web Producers to Musicians, Illustrators to Youth Arts Workers, this edition of lovegeek is jam packed with interviews and art to inspire the creative in all of us.

We would also like to introduce our new format and design, allowing us to move away from the blog into our very own space. We hope you like it as much as we do!

Feel free to contact us via our new contact page with any tips, suggestions or rants. We'd love to hear from you.

But for now, on with the show!

xoxo

lovegeek.
